Returns of unaltered, original, and unworn items in their original condition shipped to US addresses or purchased in-store are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund or store credit, less shipping costs.

All returns must be approved in advance by Lundeen.

Special orders, items that have been resized, altered, or custom-made are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not accepted after 5 days from receipt at your shipping address.

Online purchases made with the “In-store pick-up” option selected may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
Any international purchases are final sale.
